Boston Realty Advisors retained to lease 30,000 s/f office space at One Faneuil Hall Sq.
Boston, MA According to Boston Realty Advisors (BRA), the firm has been retained by Faneuil Hall Sq. LLC to exclusively lease One Faneuil Hall Sq., located in the Faneuil Hall Marketplace.

The building's first three levels and basement are occupied by Abercrombie & Fitch, while floors four through seven are to-be-built, class A office space. There is about 30,000 s/f of office space available for lease on four levels. Each floor has 7,200 s/f of rentable space.

The ownership is delivering turnkey buildouts for tenants. BRA principals, William Catlin and Jason Weissman will be the brokers representing the building.

Catlin said, "Our firm is taking a select amount of landlord representation assignments given the uptick in Boston office vacancy, but One Faneuil Hall's compelling address and location and the ownerships passionate commitment to making aggressive lease deals with tenants in today's market, make One Faneuil a leasing assignment that Boston Realty Advisors is eager and excited to work on."

The ornate building, One Faneuil Hall Sq. was re-developed by American architect Graham Gund.

In an interesting turn, the building's main tenant, Abercrombie & Fitch left the building in 2005. In 2007, Abercrombie resigned and opened again in the building, leasing 22,000 s/f on three levels.
