Ken Davin is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience and has worked in the real estate field since the very beginning of his career in public accounting. Ken is a Principal at Kevin P. Martin & Associates, which has been involved in the real estate arena for over 35 years.

His experience in real estate includes performing audits and cost certifications, working with tax syndicators, tax preparation and planning, as well as consulting on various real estate projects.

Ken is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Massachusetts Association of Rehabilitation Facilities.
