Mr. McWeeney joined Tedeschi Realty as Vice President of Development in 1987. He is responsible for all phases of retail development, and has over 30 years of experience in real estate development. Mr. McWeeney holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, and a BSBA from Northeastern University. Mr. McWeeney is the State Director for MA, ME, NH, VT and RI for the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. McWeeney is on the board of elder care and an educational non-profit corporation, and has served as a municipal official in Lexington for over 25 years.
