GIBBONS LAUNCHES REAL ESTATE AND ENVIRONMENTAL BLOG

NEWARK, NJ Gibbons has launched its second blog, Real Property and Environmental Law Alert, found at www.rpelawalert.com. This site is an online resource providing practical perspectives on developing legal and business news, analysis, and discussion relating to real estate transactions, development/redevelopment, and environmental issues.
The blog currently features four articles:
-Site Remediation Process - NJ to Develop Remedial Priority System
-Bill on Affordable Housing Approved by NJ Senate, Heads to Assembly
-The Fox River Cleanup Snares Insurers, Passaic River PRPs Should Take Note

Susanne Peticolas, a Director in the Gibbons Real Property and Environmental Department, will serve as editor of the blog. The blog's editorial board includes Russell B. Bershad and Douglas J. Janacek, co-chairs of the Gibbons Real Property and Environmental Department.
