Keystone Property Group Hosts Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

Radnor, PA Executives from Keystone Property Group, a leading real estate developer, manager and investor of office and industrial properties, joined representatives from Main Line Health, suburban Philadelphia's most comprehensive healthcare resource, for a special ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 26, 2010. This event marked the official relocation for Main Line Health to the Keystone Executive Center, located at 240 Radnor Chester Road, Radnor, PA, and is one of the largest lease transactions completed within this marketplace within the past year.
More than 100 people attended the ribbon-cutting event and filled the main atrium of Main Line Health's new facility, which also boasts a brand new parking garage, complete with 200 parking spaces to accommodate the more than 150 personnel who will now occupy the entirety of the 104,000 square foot office plaza.
"When we first purchased and rehabilitated this former manufacturing plant, it stood as just an empty shell - a body without a soul. But Main Line Health and its CEO, Jack Lynch, provided the vision and the soul that the building truly needed," remarked Bill Glazer, President of Keystone Property Group. The relocation will allow Main Line Health to consolidate its corporate offices and Home Care Network into one location, which the healthcare network chose as a result of the property's efficient layout, upgraded Class-A building features, and central location.
