Brick, NJ Cohen and Company, Inc. Real Estate (CCIRE) is pleased to announce the sale of Brick Center Plaza, a 115,000 square foot community shopping center located at 51 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, New Jersey.
Helen Putterman, President, represented the buyer, a private Real Estate Company headquartered in neighboring New Jersey city.
Brick Center Plaza was 89% leased at time of sale. The property consists of three national and regional anchors, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, and West Marine. Neighborhood retailers include Lowe's Home Center, Home Depot, Kohl's, Barnes and Noble, Marshall's, Costco, Target, Christmas Tree Shops, Raymour and Flanigan, Sports Authority, Shop Rite, A & P, etc.
All parties, the brokers, buyer and seller showed incredible focus and ability in this difficult financial climate to be able to accomplish a transaction in today's market where new debt was required and acquired in less than forty (40) days.
